Carbon Fibre - Paint Prepper

Location: Northampton, UK
Shift: Night shift only (Monday-Thursday)
Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits

Mara Recruit is actively recruiting four experienced Carbon Fibre Paint Preppers for a permanent position based in Northampton. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation, painting and finishing of Formula 1 carbon fibre parts and components within a high-performance motorsport environment.

• Preparation, painting and finishing of carbon fibre F1 parts and components

• Surface preparation including sanding, masking and defect rectification

• Applying paint systems to a high-quality finish, meeting exacting standards

• Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced motorsport environment

• Adhering to all health, safety and quality procedures

• Previous experience in carbon fibre painting and/or prep work

• Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or composite manufacturing

• High attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Ability to work night shifts on a Monday-Thursday pattern

• Full right to work in the UK

• Position: Carbon Fibre Paint Prepper

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 168 hours per month

• Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday, 16:30-03:00 (night shift)

• Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits
