Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive various vehicles, including cars and vans. The Parking Attendant will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and order of the parking area while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties
Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the parking facility.
Assist customers with parking their vehicles and provide clear instructions on parking procedures.
Monitor the parking area to ensure all vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding parking services in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parking area, ensuring it is free from hazards.
Keep accurate records of vehicle entries and exits, as well as any incidents that may occur.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation of the parking facility.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
