Car Service Advisor - Customer Experience Champion

Arnold Clark Group in Stafford is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Motorstore. You will deliver a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers, handling inquiries and coordinating with workshop teams.

We value articulate, warm communicators who can upsell where appropriate, maintain accurate customer records, and uphold high standards of service. Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm and a range of benefits.
