Newstaff Employment is hiring experienced Car Sales Executives in St Albans to join a busy and successful dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious individuals with a background in automotive sales to build a rewarding career within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and support
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
• Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation and showroom environment
• Provide detailed product knowledge and offer tailored recommendations
• Previous experience in car sales within a dealership environment
• Strong background in delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident, professional, and well-presented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Competent with IT systems and general administration
• Full UK driving licence required
