What You'll Be Doing

• Selling nearly-new and used vehicles from leading manufacturers
• Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
• Organising and conducting test drives
• Managing and generating leads from showroom visits, phone, email, and social media
• Negotiating deals and closing sales

Who We're Looking For

You might already be in sales - or you might be ready to take your first step into the motor industry.

You are:

• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Confident, personable, and great with people
• A problem solver with a creative sales mindset
• Ambitious and eager to learn and progress
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Hold a full clean driving licence (essential)

Sales or motor industry experience is a bonus - but attitude and ambition matter most.
