Role Overview

As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your friendly and approachable manner will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring the car park is safe, clean, and well-organised. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage vehicle flow efficiently and assist customers with any queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the car park, ensuring smooth vehicle entry and exit.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors warmly and offering assistance as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of vehicles and pedestrians within the car park area.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the car park is clean, free from hazards, and well-maintained.
• Assist in managing parking permits, issuing tickets, and handling payments where applicable.
• Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity promptly to management.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support operational efficiency and uphold company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within automotive, driving, or parking services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Ability to stay alert and vigilant to ensure the safety and security of the car park.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and permits confidently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
• Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
