Job Description
The Role

Car Park Administrator - Royal Stoke University Hospital - 30-35 hours per week, £13.04 per hour.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Car Park Administrator to join our busy on-site team. This is a varied administrative role that plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operation of our car parking services, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of permits, reporting, and site administration.

The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, NHS colleagues, and management teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing car park permit applications and administration through the permit portal.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Performing cash reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock levels for site operations.
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, NHS colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Compiling and producing weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Supporting the on-site management team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Ensuring administration processes comply with company procedures and service standards.
What you will being to the role:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal professionally with enquiries and challenges.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of cash handling and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience producing reports and analysing data would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
