We have a vacancy for a UK qualified Capital Markets Associate with 2 - 3 PQE to join the London office of this leading international law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside UK and US capital markets partners within a prestigious law firm.

To be considered for this role, you will possess outstanding academic qualifications and a strong professional track record.

You should have experience handling UK equity capital markets transactions and be familiar with the UK Listing Rules and related matters.
