Job Description
EY in London, Reading or Manchester seeks a Manager in FAAS Capital Markets to lead PCAOB audits and US GAAP/SEC reporting for high-profile clients advancing US IPOs. You will provide technical accounting support, lead project delivery, and coach teams while expanding your international network with a focus on capital markets clients.
The role requires US CPA or UK equivalent, at least 5 years PCAOB audit experience, and strong collaboration, communication and leadership abilities.
