Capital Markets Counsel: DCM/ECM & Public M&A

Montresor Legal is engaged with a leading international financial institution seeking a Capital Markets Counsel to join its London Legal team.

The role will advise senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe on DCM, ECM, public M&A, corporate finance, banking and regulatory matters, while supporting new products and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is UK-qualified with 2-4 PQE and strong capital markets experience, with preference for background at a top firm or financial institution.
