Salary: £30,000 to £32,000

We're looking for an organised and experienced Team Leader to manage our Candidate Management Team.

You'll lead the team responsible for managing candidate relationships and engagement, delivering high-quality candidate care throughout their placement, while driving continuous improvement and team success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting the candidate management team to meet daily tasks and service levels
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, including response times, extension tracking, and compliance expiry
  • Running reports and sharing performance insights to drive accountability
  • Collaborating with payroll and operations to ensure accurate, timely processing of candidate changes
  • Acting as escalation point for complex queries from candidates, clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining audit-ready records and conducting sample compliance checks
  • Identifying trends and process improvements using data and sharing recommendations with your delivery manager
  • Supporting team training, coaching, and development
  • Assisting with candidate engagement activities like newsletters and updates
  • Covering operational support during peak periods or absence


What we're looking for:

  • Experience leading a recruitment, resourcing, or candidate care team
  • Strong understanding of compliance and the candidate lifecycle
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple time-bound tasks
  • Confident communicator experienced in handling complex issues and escalations
  • Skilled in performance monitoring and prioritising across work streams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive improvements
  • Experience working closely with payroll and operations teams
