We are looking for an experienced Canada & America Specialist to join our dedicated Reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable travel professional with a passion to create tailor made, high quality travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create bespoke travel itineraries.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by leveraging your in depth product knowledge and sales abilities.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients and agents, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire booking process.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail, ensuring each client's expectations are exceeded.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- A strong background in travel, with specialised knowledge of Canada and the USA would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, agents, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Self motivated, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
- A driven approach to meeting sales targets, with the confidence to close sales and upsell effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software to manage bookings, communications, and administrative tasks efficiently.
This is a full time role, offering a hybrid work model from our Manchester office (M32).
