• Monitor the health and performance of Jump's trading platform.


• Troubleshoot system, software, and network problems.


• Design and optimise network infrastructure for low-latency applications across global data centres.


• Coordinate changes and incidents with trading and risk teams.


• Manage operational risk and change control.


• Document technical processes.

What Jump looks for

• Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical background.


• Linux or UNIX experience, including shell scripting.


• Practical Python knowledge.


• Understanding of routing, multicast, Ethernet, and related networking concepts.


• Strong attention to detail and clear communication under pressure.
