Campus Dining & Service Excellence Manager

Aramark Ireland is recruiting a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hospital restaurant at University Hospital Galway. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the role covers all aspects of operations and the development of medium- and long-term goals.

The successful candidate will lead Front of House and Back of House teams, ensure service excellence, compliance with food safety standards, and manage costs.
