Job Description
Education Partnership North East invites applications for a Chef within our Bede Campus and EPNE sites. You will work as part of the catering team between 7.45am and 3.45pm, responsible for day-to-day preparation, cooking and serving breakfast and lunch, supported by catering assistants in the Campus cafe kitchen.
The role requires knowledge of menu costing, HACCP, COSHH and allergens compliance, and driving income through quality service.
