Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns.
• Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design.
• Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup.
• Track budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports.
• Optimize campaign mechanisms based on data insights.
• Maintain regular communication with key creators.
• Conduct creator research and collect structured feedback.
• Support creator relationship management and engagement strategies.
• Assist in community operations and engagement initiatives.
• Identify high potential creators through performance signals and market observation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data related fields preferred).
• Social media savvy with strong interest in live streaming and the creator economy and a strong sense of internet trends and online culture.
• Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus).
• Data sensitive with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
• Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.).
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short form or livestream ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators.
• Commitment to at least a 4 month internship period.
