Job Description

CORD is a leading social-first creative agency and cultural publisher, specialising in music, youth culture, and digital storytelling. We connect brands and labels to Gen Z/A audiences in a way that's culturally intelligent, creatively sharp, and operationally smooth. From campaign ideation to execution, we're trusted by the likes of UMG, Red Bull, BAPE, to deliver impact that cuts through.

Role Overview

As Campaign Lead, you'll sit at the heart of our delivery engine, overseeing creator campaigns, culture page seeding, and culturally relevant content drops across music and brand partnerships. You'll lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, ensuring we hit client goals while maintaining CORD's creative, digital and cultural edge.

This is both a strategic and operational role. You'll be responsible for managing a small but fast-moving team, refining processes, owning client comms, and championing internal playbooks and reporting.

You'll thrive if you're obsessed with cultural nuance, calm under pressure, and confident in making decisions that drive clarity and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-platform creator and seeding campaigns (IG, TikTok, X)
  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategy and creative formats
  • Guide the team through outreach, activation, live tracking, and post-campaign wrap

2. Project & People Management

  • Oversee a team of Campaign Managers and Coordinators
  • Mentor and coach mid-level campaign managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of curiosity and collective excellence.
  • Ensure daily and weekly campaign priorities are aligned with CORD and client goals
  • Run internal campaign meetings, track blockers, and manage workload capacity across the team

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for campaign updates, strategic counsel, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly blasts, final wrap), complete with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and budgets, driving upsell opportunities where appropriate.

4. Internal Systems & SOPs

  • Maintain and refine campaign playbooks, tracking, and briefing templates
  • Drive usage of internal tools like Notion and Google Drive to improve delivery flow
  • Ensure campaigns are closed out cleanly with financial reconciliation and final learnings

5. Creative and Cultural Judgment

  • Guide creator and blog selections based on cultural fit and platform performance
  • Spot underperforming content early and pivot fast with fresh ideas
  • Ensure campaign output is consistently high quality, on-brief, and platform-native

Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch and deliver on time, within budget, with standout content moments
  • Clients feel informed, supported, and creatively excited by the work
  • Internal team runs smoothly, with clarity on roles and confidence in delivery
  • Tools, systems, and processes are followed - and improved upon
  • High-performing campaigns are turned into case studies and reused to win new work

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in campaign management, creative production, or social media strategy
  • Proven success delivering creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and X
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills - able to direct, support, and develop others
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for execution and cultural alignment
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and problem-solving under pressure

Preferred But Not Essential

  • Background in music or youth marketing
  • Experience with platform analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Familiarity with Cobrand, Notion, or similar campaign/project tools
  • 28 days total annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Free Spotify and YouTube Premium subscriptions
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Professional development fund (£1,500 per year to invest in conferences, courses, or tools tailored to your growth)
  • Monthly team socials
  • Quarterly team getaways

Why Join CORD?

  • Be at the forefront of music and youth culture, shaping campaigns for top labels and global brands.
  • Work with a nimble, passionate team in a founder-led environment where your ideas directly impact our growth.
  • Enjoy a clear path for career progression, with mentorship from founders and opportunities to build new systems.
  • Contribute to international expansion plans, especially in the US market, and help elevate CORD's profile globally
