What You'll DoAs our Campaign Coordinator, you'll play a central role in coordinating campaign activities from initial setup through to successful completion. You'll create and maintain accurate campaign records within Syncron, raise service orders and purchase orders, and ensure all campaign documentation is correctly controlled and up to date.
Working closely with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory-based teams, you'll coordinate material requirements, monitor campaign progress and gather regular updates to help ensure targets are achieved on schedule. You'll maintain master trackers, progress planners and campaign reports, providing clear visibility of campaign performance, timelines and completion status.
You'll also support the financial administration of campaigns by matching purchase orders, invoices and service orders, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurately recorded.
What We're Looking ForYou'll be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working accurately with service orders, purchase orders, invoices and campaign records. Experience using Syncron or a similar service, warranty, workflow or campaign management system would be advantageous.
Experience within engineering, automotive, manufacturing, bus and coach, service or field operations environments would be beneficial.
