Cambridge Global R&D Operations Director

Ailux in Cambridge seeks a Business Operations Director to establish the operational infrastructure for its global R&D organisation. Based in Cambridge, you will oversee the UK site operations while partnering with R&D leadership, HR, Finance and IT across the UK, US and China.

You will implement scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive governance and reporting across the global R&D function, enabling rapid growth and operational excellence.
