Call Centre Customer Experience Manager - Automotive - £276 pd Inside IR35
Our client, a big player in the automotive industry, is looking for a Call Centre Customer Experience Manager to join them on a 6-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a well-known brand in a project going through significant transformation.
The Call Centre Customer Experience Manager will be focused on identifying the pain points that exist within the contact centre, customer surveys, CIC and complaints department currently, and helping to put the improvement plans in place to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Key Skills:
- Experience in call/contact centre environments
- Project Management experience, ideally with a Change focus
- Great knowledge of customer journeys and how to improve them
- Great communicator and collaborator with different teams
Rate: £276 per day inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid/Farnborough
