Call Centre Agent

Salary: £24,500 per annum (£30,000+ OTE with performance-related bonuses)

Hours: Full-time. 37 hours per week.

The Role

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. With ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression paths, we're committed to helping you succeed and grow - with top performers earning over £60,000 OTE in succession roles!

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Resilience and ability to handle challenging conversations
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisation skills
• Target and results driven
• Experience in a Call Centre or Sales role is desirable.
• Experience of a target-driven role or negotiating finances is also desirable.

What We Offer (N.B. Permanent Staff)

• Competitive salary - £24,500 basic salary per annum
• Commission - Monthly uncapped performance-related bonuses with potential to earn OTE £30,000+
• Flexible Working - 37 hours per week (over five days). 2 set shifts on a weekly rotation (8:00 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 19:00) with an early finish on Fridays. 1 in 4 contractual weekend shifts paid as overtime - Saturday shift 9:00 - 14:00pm.
