Due to their continued success and business growth, they're looking to expand their team by recruiting enthusiastic Call Centre Agents - Appointment Setters to join their Bolton office.

If you're confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with people and are looking to build a long-term career with an established and growing business, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is welcomed but isn't essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

The Role

As a Call Centre Agent - Appointment Setter, you'll be speaking with business decision-makers, introducing our services and booking qualified appointments for their Business Development Consultants.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where your hard work is recognised, your success is rewarded and there are genuine opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to business decision-makers.
• Introducing Newton Fox Business Development Specialists and their services.
• Booking high-quality appointments for their Business Development Consultants.
• Building rapport and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using their CRM system.
• Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience on every call.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• A confident, friendly and professional attitude.
• Positive, motivated and reliable.
• Target-driven with a willingness to learn.
• Previous call centre, telesales, appointment setting or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment.
