We are now hiring a full time Store Manager for our busy Cavan showroom located on the Dublin Road.

Caffreys Furniture is a family owned & operated business for over 50 years manufacturing direct to the public through our retail showrooms.

• A strong, inspirational sales driven person to lead our Cavan branch.
• Achieve overall store contribution through sales, margin and KPI management.
• Deliver excellent customer service from welcoming customers to managing the rota to resolving queries.
• Coaching and developing a high performance sales team.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the store, opening on time, stock management, store administration, merchandising and best practice compliance at all times.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
