What we are looking for in you

As a Café Team Member you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day to day operation of our cafés, requiring someone who is reliable, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about providing warm, welcoming service. Experience as a Barista and a love of good coffee is essential. You'll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer has a positive experience whilst maintaining the high standards our community has come to expect. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in a community setting, whether you're starting out in hospitality or looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments.
