Searcys is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the IET team in London. You will oversee daily cafe operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier service in a high-traffic environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong F&B knowledge, exceptional customer care, and leadership skills to drive sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 40-hour+ weeks with a focus on Monday-Friday shifts.
