Cafe Supervisor - Part-Time Team Lead & Roster

Chartwells Independent is hiring a Café Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations in a busy High Street setting on a part-time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week. You will lead a frontline team, manage deliveries, and support the manager with rota planning and stock control.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in a similar environment, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
