The establishment focuses on fresh, seasonal, and sophisticated dishes for breakfast, brunch and lunch, plus private dining for up to 15 guests three evenings weekly. The position is permanent with a competitive salary of £40,000, offering overtime paid per hour, generous pension schemes and meals provided on duty. Working 48 hours per week across a seven-day operation, the successful candidate must be a reliable individual capable of confidently running the kitchen in the head chef's absence. Key skills include culinary proficiency, leadership and a commitment to quality over quantity.
