Cafe Manager - Lead Food & Service Excellence

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager in Ireland to lead a team, deliver exceptional food and service across 6,000 venues, and drive KPIs. The role is full-time with a 35-hour week and opportunities for progression within a global market leader.

You will manage food quality and customer service, oversee budgets and weekly returns, and train staff to excel in a fast-paced environment while upholding Health & Safety standards.
