Cafe Floor Supervisor - Barista Team Leader

Bob & Berts in Lisburn is seeking a friendly and reliable Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality coffee and customer service. You will act as the on-duty manager, oversee stock, assist with ordering, and support catering and sales efforts.

The role requires 1-2 years in fast-paced cafè/retail, barista skills, and flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends. UK/EU work eligibility is assumed.
