Café Supervisor: Service & Events Lead

Heritage Portfolio is seeking a Café Supervisor at the V&A Dundee to lead daily front-of-house operations across our dining areas and events. You will supervise a team, ensure service quality, manage stock, and uphold HACCP and allergen standards during busy service periods.

This hands-on role involves 40 hours per week, with some evening work for events, and a focus on training staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
