Café Supervisor: Lead Shifts & Exceptional Guest Experience

Sainsbury's Taste Café in Penzance is seeking a confident Café Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise the café team, oversee shifts in the Unit Manager's absence, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a customer-facing catering/hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, reliable approach to delivering great café experiences.
