Café Supervisor: Daytime Mon-Fri, Bean-to-Cup Lead

Chartwells Independent is hiring a Café Supervisor for an ongoing assignment at HMRC Portsmouth. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, with full-time hours and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a daytime environment.

You will lead a busy café team, manage stock and food safety, and ensure a smooth daily operation while training and developing staff. DBS and BPSS clearance will be arranged at no cost.
