Café Supervisor - Daytime Mon-Fri, Bean-to-Cup Lead

Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to lead the busy HMRC Portsmouth café. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, with ongoing assignment through likely October and possible extension. You will supervise the team, manage stock and ensure top service in a daytime environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong barista skills and a hands-on leadership style, with DBS and BPSS clearance arranged at no cost by the employer.
