Café Operations Leader - Retail Food Service

Compass Group UK&I in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the ASDA Grimsby café operation. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and smooth day to day operations in a busy retail environment.

You will lead your team to drive performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction, while managing budgets, stock and labour. A hands on leader is required in this fast paced role.
