Redemption Roasters in Covent Garden is seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our café, raise the bar on coffee quality and hospitality, and drive day-to-day operations with hands-on leadership.

You will manage scheduling, stock, safety and compliance, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with the GM to strengthen our community presence while delivering consistent guest experiences with pride.
