Café Manager: Lead Team, Deliver Great Service

Morrisons Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a Café Manager to lead a welcoming team, deliver outstanding service, maintain stock, and keep customers happy with a proactive approach to running the Café.

You'll schedule shifts, train colleagues, push performance against targets, coordinate with other store departments, and ensure food safety and smooth daily operations while keeping the store a warm place to shop.
