Café Manager: Launch & Lead a Brand-New Café

Compass Group UK & Ireland in Lancaster is seeking a Café Manager to lead a brand-new site from day one. You'll set standards, recruit and develop a team, and shape how the café looks, feels and operates from the start, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment.
