Café Manager & Team Lead - Elevate Service & Ops

Brother Hubbard are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our business to help us grow and strengthen our offering at little café at Arnotts .

We are looking for someone who can lead a small team to ensure we are hitting the high standards we set for ourselves as regards to service and organisation.

We view this very much as a collaborative role whereby we will work with our new leader to develop new concepts and new approaches for Brother Hubbard Arnotts to help drive the business, the quality of our service and offering and overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have the following traits:

Have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep our team motivated, happy and productive

Be a natural leader who stays calm when the pressure is on with a "no task too small" attitude and a genuine passion for great service (and, ideally, even better coffee).

Be great at supporting your team and leading by example

Have proven experience in opening/closing procedures and cash handling

Have strong communication and leadership skills

The ability to manage overall operations and team activities efficiently
