Café Manager - Lead a Busy Retail Café Team

Compass Group UK&I, in partnership with ASDA, is seeking a Café Manager for the Grimsby site to lead the café operation. This hands-on role requires delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

You will manage the cafe team, uphold standards, drive performance and customer satisfaction, and oversee financials, stock, and performance targets. Level 2 Food Hygiene and catering qualifications are desirable.
