Cadet Training Lead: Safe & Compliant Programs

YouthLink Scotland is looking for a Unit Training Officer (UTO) responsible for facilitating safe and compliant training of cadets. The UTO will plan comprehensive training programmes to be delivered by competent instructional CFAVs and oversee all unit training.

This role requires liaising with the Command Team and ensuring that training adheres to current policies. An enhanced disclosure is required for this position, to be updated every three years.
