Cadet Support Volunteer Chesterfield

This role will provide support to the Citizens in Policing team, predominantly assisting the Cadet team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and help expand our policing family.

You will ensure equipment is safe, organised, and always ready for use, while also freeing up Cadet Leaders to focus on delivery and engagement rather than logistics.

This will create a really positive development opportunity for a volunteer interested in logistics, stock management, or operational support within policing.

As a Police Support Volunteer, you'll be making a real contribution to the success of the organisation by bringing communities into policing and policing into communities. Using your spare time to do something worthwhile and that really makes a difference.

• Be good at talking to colleagues face to face and via phone
• Ability to conduct a range of manual handling activities including lifting
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word with the confidence and ability to learn new IT systems for which training will be provided
• Be 18 years of age or over
• Hold a full clean driving licence
