Cadet Group Lead - Inspire Youth & Lead Volunteers

Sja's West is looking for Cadet Group Leaders to work directly with young people in Tewkesbury. This role focuses on developing trainees into health citizens, enhancing their confidence and teamwork. You'll organize weekly programmes and support adult volunteers. The position requires a commitment every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm. Enthusiasts must have completed the Youth Leader training or be willing to do so shortly. This volunteer role provides significant satisfaction and pride in serving the community.
