Our client, based in Stroud, is expanding their team and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cable Operative to play a key role in the assembly, testing, and inspection of high-quality electronic products.

Cable Operative Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform cable preparation, wiring, connections and termination
• Crimping and soldering
• Electrical / electronic wiring
• Using various hand tools and soldering equipment
• Carry out product testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Read and interpret from engineering drawings
• Identify and report faults and defects

Cable Operative Ideal Candidate:

• Have experience within electronics
• Skilled within soldering, crimping, testing and connections
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Able to read and interpret from engineering drawings
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Cable Operative Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday, 07:30 - 12:00
