We are recruiting Cabin Crew to strengthen our hold pool for future operational demand. This opportunity suits individuals who want to be considered for upcoming flying requirements and join a high performing cabin team as positions become available. As part of the hold pool, you will be ready to support safe, efficient flight operations when required. You work with the Purser and Cabin Supervisor to deliver a safe, professional and customer focused service on every flight.

Responsibilities
  • Support safe operation of the aircraft in line with procedures
  • Complete all pre-flight safety checks and cabin preparation
  • Deliver safety demonstrations and passenger briefings
  • Monitor cabin readiness and report status before take-off
  • Ensure passenger safety, security and comfort throughout the flight
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Respond effectively in emergency situations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety policies
  • Build positive relationships with passengers and colleagues
  • Contribute to a strong Crew Resource Management culture
  • Promote a positive safety reporting environment
  • Maintain high personal presentation standards
  • Support wider Cabin Services activity when required
