The Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to run the Byredo Covent Garden Store on a full time basis (5 days per week, 37.5 hours). Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, motivating the sales team, ensuring product knowledge and fragrance profiling, managing client relations, overseeing special events, and maintaining staffing levels and payroll costs while ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment with proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Line management experience, capable of inspiring and developing teams.
• Confidence in leading HR conversations, recruiting, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and passion for driving business plans to achieve results.
• Experience with clienteling and building relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and events.
