Hays Business support is recruiting a buying administrator on a temporary basis to start ASAP. This role is based in Atherstone. The position is full-time Monday to Friday and it is working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product information within multiple systems (including SAP), focus on accurate data entry and maintenance of product information, work closely with buying teams to ensure product set up is completed accurately and on time, cleansing and updating records in the system, respond to queries for information and updating systems where appropriate and you will need to comply with data integrity and security policies. What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel and Outlook, SAP experience is essential, you must be detail orientated, have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and have a positive "can do" attitude.
