We're looking for a high-potential Buyer to join our central procurement team. This is not your typical procurement role. You'll be working across a wide range of categories, including IT, materials and FM, helping to shape and modernise how procurement operates across the Group via influence rather than mandate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment, and who is excited by the chance to drive innovation, automation, and AI adoption in procurement processes.

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead and support sourcing initiatives across electronic components, IT, consumables and a huge range of categories.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement automation opportunities and AI-driven tools (Copilot) to streamline procurement operations.
• Contract Management: Support and manage major group-wide contracts, ensuring value delivery and supplier performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Operational Companies to understand their needs and encourage opt-in to central deals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, bringing insights and innovation to the team.
