ABOUT THE ROLE

The Butler seamlessly combines the traditional skills of a classic butler with the organisational abilities of a personal assistant, delivering highly personalised and intuitive service to guests.

This role anticipates guest needs, adapts effortlessly to changing situations, and handles a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. No two days are the same in the hotel environment, and each guest has unique expectations. The Butler must therefore engage thoughtfully with every guest, building genuine connections while providing an attentive and tailored service.

With exceptional attention to detail, the Butler strives to create memorable experiences for guests staying in the hotel's suites and penthouses. Preferences, habits, and personal requirements are carefully observed and recorded in a discreet and professional manner to ensure service is consistently personalised and exceeds expectations.

ABOUT YOU

• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Empathy and care for your guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride and attention to detail in your work.
• Takes pride in own professional grooming.
• Professional and engaging personality.
• Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests.
• Diploma for Hotel/Service-related school desired.
