Butchery Operative: Craft Estate-Reared Delicacies

The Newt in Somerset is seeking a hands-on Butchery Operative to join our busy team at the Hadspen estate. You'll help prepare, portion and pack estate-reared produce across Farm Shop and Avalon Butchery, learning from experienced butchers and keeping pace with a fast, quality-focused environment.

This role offers 40 hours per week over 5 days, with a pay rate up to £12.92 per hour plus a quarterly performance bonus, plus extensive staff benefits and discounts.
