Butchery Department Manager: Lead Growth & Service

Booker Group plc is seeking experienced butchers to run its in-store Butchery Departments, acting as their own business unit within the store. You will serve customers, apply strong product knowledge of all meats, and drive local sales with a focus on quality and service.

You will work with the Store Manager to build a business plan that supports growth, manage stock and comply with food safety standards, while leading a small team and maintaining high display and operational standards.
